Fermatic 3430 Track from FERMOD
Modern door construction techniques, coupled with improved thermal insulation materials are permitting manufactures to produce cost effective insulated door systems. Market leaders Fermod are assisting in this development by introducing the new Fermatic 3430 series track. Developed to carry doors up to 150kg in weight, it visually compliments the benchmark 3530 series track and will sit comfortably along side it.
The newly designed brackets provide a minimum overlap on the top of the door allowing for those tight header situations.
Pleasing in appearance all mobile components are situated within and protected by the outer zinc-bichromated steel rail. Its symmetrical design acts as a hygienic cover, which conceals the silent and smooth fixed bearing system. The smooth and trouble free door operation is completed by the proven robust floor guide system taken from the 3530 series track. The supple 8511frame gasket generates complete door sealing which helps to significantly reduce the risk of icing.
During 2010, Fermod introduced the now successful Fermatic 2100 range of tracks to cover doors 60kg, 80kg and 120kg in weight. Combining the correct Fermatic track with the appropriate door makes sound economic sense, costs are controlled and quality is maintained
Fermod’s now familiar trademark of a smooth and silent door operation is maintained on all three models via the strengthened dual roller mechanism, which is concealed within the easy to mount anodised aluminium rail. The built in anti-derailment system ensures trouble free operation and maximises personnel protection.
The new generation of Fermatic door tacks now makes it possible to reduce manufacturing costs while still retaining the high operational quality associated with the high performance Fermod products. Combining the correct Fermatic track with the appropriate door makes sound economic sense, costs are controlled and quality is maintained.
The table below indicates the Fermatic track most suitable for each application.

Like all manual Fermatic tracks the 2100, 3400 and 3500 series are suitable for automation by fitting either the auto mechanical or electronic conversion kit. Conversion is quick and easy without need for further modification.
The investment into research and development really does keep Fermod at the forefront in product design, giving manufactures a true choice of track to suit both site requirements and door design
